Urgent help
Not okay right now? You don't have to do this alone. Here's who you can call or chat with straight away.
Thinking about suicide?
Talk about it with 113 Suicide Prevention. Calling is free and you can stay anonymous.
In immediate danger?
Are you or someone else in danger right now? Call 112 straight away.
Need a doctor quickly?
During the day, call your own GP (huisarts). In the evening, at night and at weekends, call the GP out-of-hours service (huisartsenpost). If you call your GP outside opening hours, you'll usually hear the out-of-hours number.
These are Dutch services. If you'd like to speak English, ask at the start of the call: ‘Spreekt u Engels?’
Would you rather talk first?
Not a crisis, but you'd like to talk to someone? That's possible too.

- Don't stay alone. Call or message someone you trust, and tell them you're not okay.
